Argentine foundry, with more than 50 years of experience in the field, founded by Eng. Adolfo Koblecovsky with his sons.
The family tradition in the foundry dates back to 1972, when Eng. Adolfo Koblecovsky and his brothers, Raúl and Alfredo started in the city of Wilde, Avellaneda, dedicating their production at that time to the substitution of imports in the industries that required this. service. At the same time, the development of special alloys for parts of the different industries that required it began.
Currently the same spirit continues, producing for the local and international market.
Gradually, new clients and investments in new technologies and personnel training began to be developed, driven by mere business vision. The industry quickly established itself as a foundry with a high degree of commitment towards reverse engineering, product quality and the continuous development of our clients' needs and long-term growth projects, which led us to be widely recognized in the local and international market.
The company has ISO 9001: 2015 quality certification and the environmental management system is being designed to satisfy both the expectations of our clients and the consolidation of our strategic objectives at an international level.
The castings currently produced cover a vast range of products used across the spectrum of industries. The parts are manufactured according to the quality certification and that of our clients, with facilities for the manufacture of inverse engineering, models, molding, fusion, machining and QA of the pieces.

Our company has an installed productive capacity of 1500 tons per year in its different types of alloys, thanks to our versatility of work and with a maximum unit weight of 6,000 Kg. This is done through the following machinery:
- 6 500 Kva induction ovens, with 7 tanks of 10Kg., 20Kg., 50Kg., 70Kg., 150Kg., 300Kg., 800Kg., 2000Kg. and 6000Kg. respectively each with individual cooling systems and their hydraulic movements.
- 5 overhead cranes of 6 tons capacity.
- 4 furnaces for heat treatment, up to 1500ºC of operation.
- sand mixers of 6000 Kg / hour each with transport knee system and automation HMI screen.
- 1 automated mechanical and thermal 3 TN / H sand recovery system.
- 12 grinding equipment and cleaning system.
- 1 x 50 HP screw compressor with automated RFID and 3 x 40 HP.
- 1 ARL 3460 brand atomic absorption spectrometer.
- 1 Thermo Fisher XL2-980 PLUS Scrap Analysis Gun.
- 2 welding machines of 1000 A, 2 of 600 A and 2 of 400 A.
- 1 plasma cutting of 120A and 1 of 100 A.
- 3 teams of large size metal shot blasting machines.
- 2 horizontal centrifuges of 2000 mm. long.
- 1 Raytek optical liquid temperature meter.
- 1 TempStick contact gauge for liquid temperature.

Our complex and advanced computer systems of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) and MRP (Material Resource Planning) make that the company can work in all its processes together.
We calculate and plan production levels in order to provide better customer service, making our daily work transparent from miles away.
For this we are implementing an Extranet where customers can follow the orders placed through our workflow at the service of quality and continuous improvement of processes.
Our plant is mounted on a total land area of 6000 m2, with 5000 m2 covered, which are divided as follows:
Industrial
It is used for basic processes with an area of 4000 m2, and with 3 bridges of 6 tons each and covered structure.
Offices, changing rooms and quality control laboratory
This module is built independently, with a flat reinforced concrete structure, with enclosure walls and vertical masonry dividers. The covered area of this area is 250 m2.
Raw material warehouse
This is used to have the raw material divided, cataloged and separated. For this we have a covered area of 1000 m2.
Termination
This module is located on the side of the production hall and comprises approx. 370 m2, free height 8 m. with lateral enclosure common with the production hall, on the inner lane.
Recovery ship
This is used to recover the sand from the industrial process to improve productivity and achieve clean production in accordance with current legislation.
